Stay Cool and Hydrated This Summer

Sydney’s summer can be intense, so remember to stay hydrated and cool. Drink plenty of water, wear light, breathable clothing, and avoid going out during the hottest parts of the day. If you need to cool down, visit local libraries, shopping centres, or community centres.
